As their love for each other kept growing day after day, they soon got married to live happily together as they always wanted to.
And as a new Zelda, the very first princess of Hyrule, was to be born soon, so would be a new Hero...

Those are Link and Zelda from Skyward Sword, but after the final game events. I always used to think that the Zelda from Ocarina of Time was looking very similar to Link, and when I finished Skyward Sword, my imagination ran wild and this came to my mind. So now it explains why the Zelda in Ocarina of Time was sharing some of Link's traits : the very first Link has been her father. This also explains why the king is never seen in Ocarina of Time, because it would spoil the game (this is my own theory. ) As they are most likely the very first members of Hyrule's Royal Family, I decided to create new clothing that would fit them as first King and Queen of Hyrule. In this drawing Link and Zelda are obviously married and deeply in love with each other. The Royal Family emblem that can be seen on Zelda's dress is different that the original one in Skyward Sword, as I wanted it to look like 'a design in progress' and I mixed the different looks they had in different Zelda games, and I ended up with this. When I will have more free time, I will color this drawing and maybe even add some textures. This drawing was hand-drawn. I hope you will enjoy it! And please comment if you like it, I always enjoy reading comments regarding my artwork. Link, Zelda and all Zelda-related characters belong to Nintendo.
Edit : This is the colored version with a simple background. I intend to draw a better background for this drawing once I am less busy. I hope you will enjoy it anyway! By the way, if you print this drawing, it will appear a bit darker than the version seen onscreen. I could not fix this small detail. Let me know what you think of this drawing!
